Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products.

2. Condition of Electronic Components

Due to the sensitive nature of electronic items such as microcontrollers, development boards, and integrated circuits, all components are securely sealed in protective plastic packaging to prevent environmental damage.

Important Notice

The packaging seal must remain completely intact.
If the plastic packaging is found to be:

  • Opened

  • Broken

  • Tampered with

  • Damaged

the return request will be considered invalid, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Method

Once the returned parcel is received, our technical team will inspect the products to verify that:

  • The seals are unbroken

  • The items remain in original condition

If approved, the refund amount will be credited directly to your local store wallet.

Note:

We do not process:

  • Cash refunds

  • Bank reversals

  • Card reversals

To ensure accurate processing of your return, the outside of the parcel must clearly display the following information.

Failure to provide complete details may result in:

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Securely pack the sealed items to prevent damage during shipping.

  2. Attach a clear label containing all required sender and recipient details.

  3. Drop the parcel off at your preferred courier service.
